Proposition:	Marriage is a religious institution, is not congruent with nature, and is a violation of human rights.
Laws force people to stay together	Divorce, Overlapping, superfluous, and often unequel privileges or penalties that protect or hinder individuals and married couples seperately. Persecutorial business practices based on marriage status.
What is gay?	Physical attraction is a gradiated scale between heterosexual, bi-sexual and homosexual, determined by Masters and Johnson to have at least seven subdivisions, and has been witnessed among other species of animals besides humans.
Mysogyny	Marriage was created to force women into the beds of men they don't like and provide men with leverage over women who are single. Marriage reinforces in women, a false sense of inferiority.
Government	Since marriage is a religious institution, any government mandating treatment of its citizens differently because of marital status can only be referred to as a theocracy and not a democracy.
Industry	Any private industry that bestows privileges or penalties on a person because of marital status should be required by law to disclose such treatment to their customers.
Cultural Exploitation	Couples are forced by peer pressure or "status anxiety" to spend tens of thousands of dollars. So much money has been spent in the wedding industry that the economy in general has become at least partially dependent on marriage.
